    The Cost of Webhosting

    Can someone tell me how much money you should expect to pay for webhosting. I'm not too sure about the amount of bandwidth needed, so how much should I be looking for? (It's obviously dependent on how many people visit you sites, but just a general idea would be good).

    Also, where have other webmasters had the best service and cheapest prices for webhosting? I looked through past posts but didn't find any info pertaining to this. Thanks,

              I use www.techiemedia.com/hosting they charge 1.99 a gig best I have seen anywhere best service I have ever gotten never down and I love em

                  Tanker, techniemedia is smutserver right? That speaks for them, also, level3 is surely a very good connectivity, but they host their homepage at Yahoo web services LOL?

                  And your signature site is at national net if I got it right. So these two points make me kinda suspicious, although techiemedia looks good in general, but - what sites do you host there, tanker, galleries only?

                              I use Techiemedia the company in my sig line is who I work for so I cant say anything about that other then I am talking them into moving to a cheaper spot

                              I use techiemedia yes they own smutserver and are on level 3 connection they are reliable and very fast never have any problems I host my galleries with them because of the speed they load at and the low cost on bandwith they are so inexpensive because of the amount of bandwith they buy and then they pass that savings on to thier customers!!!
