Anyone used dribbble or Behance to find designers?

There's some very good designers there. Especially UI/UX designers and I'm tempted to use someone from there. Some are scarily talented. They only do the design though and not integration into scripts.

Who do I need to hire to integrate a script into a design. A coder?

Anyone used guys from there? They seem to be reasonably priced considering the quality of the work they do

My understanding of the process is that when you need something done, depending on the complexity and/or customization, that it may require up to 3 parties: UI/UX, Front End Dev, Back End Dev. To answer your question then, once you are happy with the design you would send it to a front end dev to do the integration on whatever CMS your using.
