Only one alien can have a bathroom dimly lit by green light. If it's a real photo, it's scary. If it's an AI photo, it's a dud!

Is there any trick to tell Ai photo from real photo?
I can only do that by looking at fingers, but this one doesn't even show that

the heals of the womans feet are too reality & why would AI put a step ladder in a bath scene???

Obviously AI because generally (not always) people are smart enough to just turn the light on around the bathtub instead of being sneaky in the dark and getting caught with a nightvision camera.

Obviously it's real because it came from the cam studio he ran. Why else would be there be a bathtub with no plumbing in room like that.

I vote real. Despite the noise, it seems to contain more detail than found in an AI image, especially around the vageeeen.
