Using them for 2 years or so and everything went fine. Fast (real) support too. I only exchanged BTC to Paypal yet. They send the Paypal not as friend (so paypal transaction fees are a little downer) and they often send the money in multiple transactions from different accounts (so wait always until your exchange is "completed").Comment

It takes mostly 1-3 days. But it's not a marketplace where u exchange with other people - it's a service. How exactly they work, I can't tell. I just can say that I use them since a while now and I'm happy with this service (and it's the only one I know). Mostly between 200 - 1000 $ exchanges I made. I also can't say if they are legal in your country or something. For me everything work fine for over 2 years now.Comment
