    I am so sick of it

    I hate fucking junk foooood ! I am so sick of it but I don't have a fucking choice. Help me. Somebody.

    I wish those stupid fucks never came out with Wendy's, Mickey D's, Pizza Huts, Taco Hells and all that other crap.

      Read a book called "Fast Food Nation". I read it when it came out like a year ago or so and I haven't eaten fast food since.

      This book gives you images that'll make you go hungry before you scarf a Big Mac. Swear to god.

GOD I hate fast food.......... give me my raw veggies with ranch dressing any day of the week..... or apples with peanut butter on them....... good healthy snacks and so NOT junk food. I only eat chocolate about 2 times a month.... and we ain't going there, that's a different thread. lol

                                  BUT I have to have my popcorn..... no one touches my popcorn. LMAO

                                  My kids are all the same way, they prefer my "healthy snacks" over the candy.... cept for the 3 yr old of course. LOL

                                      Junk food is like anything else pleasurable yet bad for you...you have to break yourself from it.

                                      My sis is a sugar junkie, has been since about 3 yrs old. I have never been a sugar junkie except for about 6 mos ago. It killed me to quit craving it...took about 2 weeks.

                                      And junk food, my weakness, if I don't eat it for a couple of weeks than I don't even think about it. If I have it once...I crave it and don't want anything else.

                                      Don't even ask about chocolate. Omigod, if I eat it I seriously may harm someone to get some more...quickly.

                                              HaHa ROFL, 45 min a day. How about getting up every morning at 5:45 to go swim for 2h (about 7000m), then coming back for lifting at 3:30 and swimming for another 2 hours at night ?

                                                      Your body will go throught the same withdrawal symptoms as a drug addict stopping drug use...the period of discomfort is up to two weeks. So next time someone says they would kill for some chocolate...make a run for it (I just know this kinda shit, I am an organic juicing/sprouting vegan)

                                                                                      Try staying away from it entirely -- my son is 10 and he doesn't really care about candy, soda, any of it -- we just don't keep it in the house ever.

                                                                                      I try to cook simple stuff, alot of it on the grill, so he's used to eating salmon, chops, other fish, steak, and he would rather have that than McD's or Wendys too
