Business Buying Shares in Onlyfans Agencies

I am Max, the business developer of AS Talent Agency. We work only with famous models, bloggers and pornstars running their Onlyfans.

We are currently buying agencies to consolidate the market. We don't buy the whole 100% of the agency, but 25%-70%.

We want the owner to remain a full business partner and take part in decision making processes, keep being the main driver of the agency. Our main goal is to combine superpowers and improve all the current processes. For example our main superpower is chatting, yours let's say organic traffic, so we combine these 2 superpowers and grow together much faster. Sharing expertise, identifying each other's strengths and weaknesses, fixing them.

We are sure that we can increase turnover of the agency up to 2-3 times thanks to our expertise in chatting, traffic, social media development etc.

while I understand you´re looking for agencies to collaborate with, i´m still interested to know why a creator would be better off with an agency & not through their own OF?

I don´t understand why onlyfans would work better for me as a creator, through an agency than direct to my fans as I do now

So she signs up with an agency, who do all the promo outside of OF, pretend to be her on social media and answering the fans, and basically does everything else aside from taking a few pics & uploading them.

Not much use for someone established, or with a brand to protect, but not a terrible deal for a new girl with no experience who just wants to make some quick money...

For those who see the potential and have a good work ethic they may want to go on their own. But most OF models find out pretty quickly that unless they have a strong and big social media following they will not make quick easy money. It takes consistency, hard work and focus to make it on ANY online platform and these are not qualities most 'models' are known to have going for them. So an agency is a good idea. The agency will do the work the model is too lazy or inexperienced to do herself.

It depends on your knowledge level and how well you can scale. At a certain point you might need to start delegating certain aspects of your OF business to second parties. It's not uncommon when you're in the top percentile on OF to have virtual assistants do a lot of the grunt work so you can focus on 1) brand building 2) creating content and 3) engaging with your whale subscribers. If your good managing others, then you shouldn't have any problems. If not, that's where an agency may end up helping.

There are a bunch of bad actors in the OF agency biz so I would greatly advise someone do their due diligence before signing on to one though.

In the 'old days' the new girl would shoot for companies, and do her scene, & get paid - Of course the companies took it from there, creating DVDs marketing & distributing them...

Now the girl has her iPhone, and takes the pics / vids herself... But there's the disconnect. She can upload them to onlyfans, c4s, manyvids etc... But all the promo work that would have been done by the companies, now has to be done by the girl herself...

So she's going to try replacing the years of experience of the companies with what exactly? A tweet to her 100 followers? A post on FB so her mum reads it?

Its a legit gap in the market for agency to fill, but as said above, not all of them actually have any real experience themselves, so its a case of choose wisely and buyer beware...

I know I have already answered above, but I'm answering again to waste time while I sit here waiting for a video to render atm...

Many girls nowadays are lazy or don't think as much as they must.

I have 2 situations here where some "fake" agencies are some boys who know few online marketing tips and take control of their OF and make money and don't pay the girls.

I know a girl who made 5400$ in 3 months and they paid her only 400$ (they had a 50/50 deal). Also, one other she made 50000$ and they paid her only 3000$

This is because girls didn't know anything about the platform and left the "agency" to do all the stuff.

OF course, this type of biz is something new for scammers and girls who do not have any idea about OF and how u can work on it.

the problem or negative situation with a star not interacting with the fans on sites like OF, fans wanting to feel like the creator is understanding & communicating with the person in private DMs & with regular updates.

For me, the best way to run my OF account is to engage with my fans direct, cock pics, conversation, knowing the person & being able to see how they are & know what they prefer as a person...

but obviously for some, agencies obviously work, especially in the situations CS & ferris have mentioned above..
