    Perfection Girls = SCAM

    There is an old saying, "Good things happen to good people." I do not feel bad for any situation that Jeff from Perfection Girls finds himself in. He should trying taking care of business with his models first and then worry about the rest. It's just funny how he can go around and buy space, ads, traffic, and whatever else, but some of his models haven't been paid in MONTHS.

    Trying taking care of the girls who are making you the money and good things may happen!

                  Jeff is a liar, a thief, and has no respect for the people who make him his money. He doesn't even return phone calls and makes up ridiculous lies to attempt to cover his tracks. He has bounced several checks to his models and then blames it on some mysterious "bank error"??

                  Personally, I would not do business with him or would, at minimum, collect payment in CASH and Up Front!

                                  He pays his models monthly + percentage of sales. His checks bounce, he avoids phone calls, and changes his number so people can't contact him.

                                  He is giving legitimate webmasters a bad name.

                                                  I shoot the stuff, they sign the release, provide proper ID, they get cash on the spot, and they are out of my life... unless I call them for another shoot.

                                                  If you can't pay them now, you probably won't be able to pay them later anyway....

                                                              Although I do not support the percentage thing...Some of the smarter models have asked for it. I still tell them no. My point is that just because somebody offers a percentage does not automatically make them sleazy.....Just stupid and possibly broke or they would pay the model up front.

                                                                      We have, a few times, opted to pay models a percent of the revenue rather than a flat fee.

                                                                      Why would we do this? Because the only group of people that are more transient than strippers and nude models are, well, transients.

                                                                      If a model is outstanding, and we want to make sure that we are able to contact them again for more work, we will offer them a percentage. When they know they have a check coming each month, they always let us know where they are. Also, models paid on a percentage, are willing to be more "aggressive" than they might have been for a flat fee.

                                                                      Case in point, Sabrina and Katrina, 18 year old identical twins, swapping spit.

                                                                              this is true for sure. i have two girls who want paysites, and i will have to pay them a % of revenues, because that is what they believe is fair. I'd rather pay them a decent amount per month but in their mind they think they are going to do better, which they may, so I see their point. My worry is that they are not going to be able to understand the costs of running their sites, they'll look at the number of members and do some elementary math and go 'WTF? The site makes $10,000 a month, where's my 5 grand?'.

                                                                                  That's one of many reasons. I am pretty sure that most people here are familiar with Toni Freeland by now. The site is based on her but she does not get a percentage. We pay her a set figure per shoot and she gets a completion bonus for every so many updates we shoot. This completion bonus makes her more apt to return and continue shooting so she can hit the next "land mark" and get the extra money. Having her under contract for a set number of updates also helps.

                                                                                  Another way to keep the girls comming back, in the case of a single girl type of site, is to put them on a weekly webcam show and pay them $X each week for being there. We are starting this next week with Toni and in the future, we intend to allow her to upsell members for a 1 on 1, private show and give her a percentage of the upsell.

                                                                                  If she gets lazy on the private shows, we still maintain our profits from the regular site subscriptions.....In this case, it will only hurt her if she begins to slack off.

                                                                                                                  I think a bounced check might be invalidating the model release as well. But then if he has no money, what are the girls to do? No poing in trying to get blood out of a stone, best thing to do is cut off his supply of girls. Inform the agents and if he's getting girls via advertising get the girls to complain to the papers he uses.

Failure to pay up the terms of the model release could invalidate the entire model release, and thus his (or his customers') right to use those photos. Pay upfront, its much simpler.

We photograph the model holding his/her ID, holding the model release and the check as well.

I am saying nothing untrue.

                                                                                                                                                                                  For a long time, Jeff (Perfection Girls) has been screwing people over. From his models, to affilliates, to designers, people have not been paid by Perfection Girls! This is FACT and can't be disputed.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Jeff, however, crossed a huge line today. In order to attempt to purchase the silence of his model, Dana, he offerred to finally pay her $2000 of what she is owed. In order for this payment to take place, she had to agree to come onto the GFY board and make a statement saying that all was clear with Perfection Girls and that she had not been telling the truth in her previous posts. She also had to agree to make me do the same. This is simply not going to happen. Dana and I have not said anything on this board that is false - most of which can even be supported by hard, physical, evidence such as copies of NSF checks.

                                                                                                                                                                                  In addition to his extortion attempt, he made threats against me. On speakerphone, in front of Dana and several other people, he stated that he was going to "put a bullet between my eyes" and that if he couldn't do it himself he would "hire someone to kill me." I guess he figures he can threaten and intimidate us into not telling people what a liar and thief he really is.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Jeff has managed to terrify Dana, her mother, and a couple of my friends with his threats. I have no such fear. On Thursday, March 11th, I will be filing charges with the Farmington Hills, Michigan, Police Department, to protect myself from Jeff's threats.

                                                                                                                                                                                  If anything happens to Dana, her family, myself, my family, or anyone affilliated with any of us, Jeff will be held personally responsible. If any of us were to get into a automobile accident or even HIT BY A BOLT OF LIGHTNING, Jeff will be held personally responsible. He might even consider hiring a security detail to ensure all of our safety, it's his personal freedom at stake.

                                                                                                                                                                                  This is not the way a respectable businessperson does business and I hope everyone takes note and discontinues doing business with this individual.
