How about an all around town scavenger hunt for off the wall things like getting the participants to get somebody that had their stomach pumped to give them a copy of their medical report from the hospital or you could always do it and have it in teams and hide various items around the city with clues as to how to find it. Not only would they get to see the city but they would have to actually learn a little about the city as well. I think there was a movie recently called Rat Race that was kind of like that. Play for a good prize or whatever and rent everybody scooters to get around on to look for the clues. It would take some massive coordination with various business and establishments around town but it would be well worth it. I have always wanted to do something like that. You could get various people in the biz to donate prizes like content providers and sponsors and stuff. You could have like an awards banquet at the end of it with a good dinner with booze to announce the winner etc. I think it would be a blast.
