I have used them for small projects. Decent choice for throwaway VPS.

also qhoster prices are too high for what they give.
3gb 3 cores is 44.95 a month that woule be $10 at hetzner 8cpu and 16gb memory would be $30 at heztzner so you can get an equal pricing, but this is unmanaged you would have to know system stuff. not sure if you do or not.
