Silence. I find music distracting.

Same here. I'm working in silence most of the time, unless I'm doing something monotonous. In that case, I'll open Youtube Music and find a song I like, and let YouTube's algorithm take over finding similar music.

It does a pretty good job, better than Apple Music in my experience.
