Same here almost! This was my second computer. My first was a TRS-80 Model 1.
If you still have it, let me know and I'll tell you how you can connect it to the Internet and breathe some new life into it.
Mine was the Model 1, with a cassette drive. I never upgraded that one. I still have the Model 1 and a cassette drive too but the little rubber loop thing that connects the motor to the spinny things that turn the cassette turned to dust.

I like the curved monitor alot because it is super elegant, meaning it has fewer wires and makes for a clean desktop. However it cost me something like $1600 at the time. It is cheaper to use 2 x 27" monitors. And if you like the vertical / portrait mode, then you def need 2 monitors.Comment
