          Is Cyprus a good place to live and work as an adult webmaster? Is it just a place that a lot of adult companies use to register their businesses (for tax reasons and the like), while they don't actually live there?

                  A lot of companies register there. There where 2 companies that where there to explain how to set up a company.
                  https://www.savvacyprus.com held a seminar also.

                  I think many live there and also many who stay only few months a year or on paper.

                  I looked around in Limassol and the old town is nice.
                  But i have seen nicer (is)lands to live.
                  But i like green (is)lands, not hot rocky islands.
                  You see new apartment towers popping up everywhere.

                  And very mixed island. See many people working and living there from africa, phillipines, israel, greece, russia, ukrain.

                  everything is fake

                      Thanks, I will definitely take a vacation there later this year and explore Limassol.

                          A few days will be enough to explore the island. It isn't that big.
                          If it is good for your business / visa it might be interesting.

                          For a holiday i wouldn't return. But i am spoiled.
