If you need to give someone access to your accounts but you do not want to share the password with him you just need to give him the cookies, this way he will be able to login and he will not be able to hack your account because the majority of platforms nowadays require you to enter your password to change the email or password of an account, which means someone already logged into your account with cookies wont be able to change the email or password to takeover your account because he do not know your password.
To extract cookies from any website just install this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...iglbpcpajaibco in your browser and visit the platform you want to share the cookies from and click the export button on the extension, you will get a json file send it to the person who will access your account and tell him to install the same extension and to use the import option of the extension to import the json cookies file, after doing this he will be connected to your account. once you want to kick him off your account you just need to logout from your account and he will also be automaticly logged off.

You can also make a API access with pupeteer , then no need to share anything but URL.
