we started using stormpay as paypal replacement; our video sales went down to about 10% of its original with paypal. Members dont trust anything else besides paypal, so they say. Time to fire up a merchant account.

Its lilke that for any new service like this where a user base needs to be built up to make it very viable.

I looked at your site again .I think storm pay has talk about the global atm card how its thru a bank and insured.Also a better logo, it doesnt look pro, the about us doesnt tell about you its tells what you do. I think that will help instill confidence. We signed up and are going to give it a shot.

Epassporte is good for B2B payments.
But consumers will never go for it in mass. Paypal was different because of it's Ebay start and backing.
Consumers want to pay by credit card and online check (sometimes). Why not just get a merchant account and accept payments like the rest of the net?

Here's a problem with stormpay ..
Yesterday this guy tells my wife he sent some cash ..
We wait for it to show up in the account .
it doesnt ..
So I look at the headers for the email .
All the guy did to totally replecate the stormpay email was change his name and email in his account settings .

We are weary of stormpay .. so we waited to see if it came up in the account . good thing she didnt release the goods

They could at least make some note in the account .. or make the email harder ( at least an attempt come on , its text ) to duplicate ..
I mean shit .. They could just put a PENDING transaction notifcation in your account ..
