Chaturbate support has been useless. They sent me some copy/paste reply that they do not see any traffic generated by your affiliate links to which I sent screenshots of my affiliate page. No response. Insane.

I'm getting less as in no more revenue from my referrals. I believe that there must be some sort of glitch because my referrals are active, daily, and I'm getting nothing from any of it. Something must be wrong.

Are you able to talk to whoever you referred? Maybe they did something like switched cam companies to promote?
One of my referrals had like 7 signups since my last post above and my earnings went up a little bit.

Their support does need an overhaul, when I worked for Apple, I'd be fired for some of their replies..

i think something has changed at chaturbate in the last few years. I used to do very well, but in recent years earned nothing sending traffic via my own account to the affiliate program.

However, I now sell the traffic to a super-affiliate and get good results.

I think its a classic example of rich get richer and the small fish get nothing.

The referrals are customers, right? How could he talk to them? Do affiliate companies share their customer's personal information with affiliates? That sounds horrible if so.

Chaturbate doesn't share personal information but you can see the username of the webmasters and broadcasters you refer.

The only thing I can think of is that when you're doing mad volume, you're not just getting paid commission on sales. its brand marketing at that point, you're getting paid CPM or monthly media buys.

these super-affiliates do so much volume that it might be worth it for chaturbate to buy it at a loss because what's their alternative? stripchat or another competitor will buy the traffic.

I know for sure that these cam sites buy pops in large volumes at a "loss" because they're buying brand awareness. you and me couldn't participate in that game because we need positive ROI to make it work. but chaturbate's like....probably a billion dollar company....they have a massive marketing budget and they can't really expect an immediate positive ROI.

so....brand marketing? its the only thing I can think of.

and yeah, they're probably saturated enough that its tough for small affiliates to make real money off new signups. Colmike won that game years ago before shit got saturated LOL. But they still have to buy shitloads of traffic to maintain brand awareness.

short answer, you don't. Like with most affiliate systems, you know how many hits they got, how many users registered and how much money got spent.

On Chaturbate you can also set up a postback which would give you more information.

A postback is a POST request with the data sent as JSON. It is webhook compatible and integrates well with many webhook compatible systems such as Zapier, Stripe, and Slack. Chaturbate allows registering up to 5 postback URLs and conversions post to all registered URLs that are enabled.

A postback happens when a user signs up, makes a purchase, becomes a broadcaster, or earns a commission. The affiliate that referred that user can then react, for example, by creating a local database entry or sending out an email.

The postback URLs should be kept hidden and used only for Chaturbate conversion tracking.
