    Developer on GFY that Take money upfront and cant do the job and refuse to refund....

    Will let that sink in for 12 - 24 hours ......

    I just gave him one last chance on Skype to make things right but if I get ignored like the last 1-2 months will post screenshot of Skype convo & email convo.

                          After the deposit was sent and days later we came to the conclusion he would not be able to do it on this Script ( Open source BTW ).

                          He try to offer me an alternative something like INSERT A CODE on a page like a banner I think using coinbase or something like that payment would need to be done manually but I'm looking to integrate it with the already-in-place checkout system.

                          FAST TRACK........

                          Weeks of Pause until thinking of an alternative.....

                          I finally get back in touch with him after finding a new script that would have BTC payment checkout integrated but now my issue would be to transfer WP file all ads to a PHP version script.

                          He told me he can do it and asked me for a 3 to 4 weeks to deliver.
                          We agree on extra money to be added to the deposit because now the cost will be higher because of let's say upgrade project now.

                          ( So here im there sending him more money so he can get started on this project )

                          ** In our conversation i ask him before sending the second deposit that IF HE DONT COMPLETE THE PROJECT at the time agreed, that he would refund my money. HE AGREED ( Got this on skype convo documented )

                          3 weeks or so later he let me know he will not be able to do it he claim something like its impossible.

                          The conversation stay like this until the following or the next day if i remember correctly and i ask him for the refund we talked about if he cant deliver the project....

                          As you now know HE IS GONE with Few hundreds.......

                                          i know you are looking for justice, but probably also looking for a smarter solution.

                                          personally i wouldn't change platform for a plugin.

                                          this project takes someone who knows APIs and WP programming. *not* someone who knows how to plugin a plugin thru the admin. many WP experts around. few who actually know how to code anything.

                                                                          When both sides work together you ensure a happy customer and more importantly, repeat business.
