    Paxum Account Deleted!

    Today I did an ATM transaction that went wrong with no money from the ATM.

    I suddenly contacted Paxum support to claim the error and they sent me a form to fill and send back to them.

    Few minutes later I printed the paper, complied it, signed it and scanned to send it back, but when I tried to login to my Paxum account I got the message

    "Accessed customer does not exist anymore or it has been deleted."

    Can anyone address me towards the right procedure to get back my Paxum account?

      Similar here, I have just got the same message. I wanted to log in and see why they are not responding after EFT transfer was denied because of "technical reasons".
