So in their infinite wisdom all of a sudden they want full documentation of all listed performers. Thats fine but now they want ALL pages. Not just the signature page. And their ancient admin does not allow that. So now they sent me almost 150 names to do. And in the email they say.. Please provide within 48 hrs.... Are You Kidding ? They make a ton of money , guys UPDATE YOUR DAMN ADMIN !

I sure would like a C4S rep to contact me on this.

Compliance has previously approved performers.

Furthermore, the admin only allows for 1 file upload only.

Also, they are requesting documents to be sent by email which is not secure. I would request that they update their interface to allow for new requirements and allow upload of several files securely.

they sent me over 200 performers to do. I actually told them the admin is dogshit and prehistoric. I said I will do one batch and send them a google drive link but they said that is insecure. These guys have dropped the ball after approving all models now changing their tune. And they give me male maodels that I cant find as my stuff is sorted by scene number. I told them this would take 6 months. For the millions they make a month update your prehistoric admin.

Now they just sent me 100 other performers for another one of my stores. They approved all the models and now they are fucking us asking us to individually email over 300 model info.

I'm sorry Joe, but you obviously have not been paying attention that laws and rules have changed in the last 2 years. They have changed dramatically in the last year. You need to keep up or you will definitely be left behind. They have rules they have to follow which means that you have new rules that you have to follow

Sorry, laws was the wrong word. MasterCard rules have definitely changed in the last year or so. They have been telling you it was going to happen for a couple years now.

word. joined a site recently, figured another place to sell content I already sell elsewhere and everything was fine except for my ID

I submitted a colour scan of my notarized passport and they were all 'ID rejected'. apparently it has to be a picture of my ID. the image I took of the back of the passport and the pic of me holding it were accepted

the hell? I have never had a notarized scan rejected, including by my merchant bank. plus there's a pic they did accept of me holding it so it's obviously the same fucking ID lol

two other content sites I joined at the same time, one of them US-based, had no problem with the scan. it's notarized by the High Commission of Canada in Jamaica ffs, wouldn't that make it even more legit?

I know baddog has his finger on the pulse of all things cc compliance and 2257 but this is ridiculous

I log into my c4s every time I upload and I don't see any notification regarding missing documentation, for either myself or an occasional clip partner who's ID is on my account. maybe they're starting with bigger studios first?

sucks for those no longer in contact with co-performers/hired talent, does that render the content unsellable?

Well they agreed to let me send them a google link for all the folders one batch at a time. I have 4 batches with about 80 performers per batch. Just an unreal paid. And im not gonna make pdfs for over 300 performers.

hey just a side note for new producers getting nervous about all this ID stuff. it is a requirement for sites with user submitted content only.

so far paysite billers do not require ID and/or release of every performer on your site.

Bump for C4S compliance people to STILL BE FUCKING IDIOTS. They send me same email everyday in a different format asking same thing and I tell them Im on it. Im not doing 400 models in one day. GEEZ

Clips4Sale in May tweeted out "BIG NEW COMING SOON" and I replied asking if it was a drop to 20%, or the end of censorship that mastercard didn't say they had to do, or if their compliance department would have some level of consistancy?

I was far from the only people making these tongue and cheeck responses on their twitter.

But I got singled out and after 14 years of being on Clips4Sale, the next day I got a letter from their attorney ceasing our business relationship.

Funny thing is suspending me didn't do anything to fix all of the issues their platform has and has been recently facing. Anywho, got back onto ManyVids and got into their top 50 producers within a few week
