    I'm neither - Heaven help anyone that followed me - I'd hate to feel responsible for that mess...

                                                      And to answer question, i more prefer leading then following. It's not that hard once you establish routine. But some leading tasks are better to "outsource". For example, if we need to pick a place to eat a lunch, then it's fine if someone else is leading to place.
