I operate a website that focuses on interviews with adult performers, nearly 500, so the content is good! I'm looking at ways to increase traffic and eventually monetize the website.

Any suggestions?...

whenever you do an interview with a model, I suggest to give her/him the video ask her/him to publish it also in his/her channel(s), at the end of the video try to put a "TO WATCH MORE INTERVIEWS WITH HOT MODELS VISIT YOURWEBSITE.COM" I think this will be a good method to bring interested people to your website.

This is the way, every time you publish an interview you should be encouraging them to at least tweet a link.

Have you set up channels on all the major tubes? Post clips or partial interviews there and try to lure them back to your site.

Back in the days it would be worthwhile to submit content to Freeones models pages (with link back), was always great traffic source to specific model pages.

and yes, these interviews should be YT able, nothing porn in them, so go for it, set up a channel on youtube
