Unfortunately I don't know of any. Classic boards (aka online forums) are soooo 2000s. Only dinosaurs left there/here

These methods have nothing to do with black SEO. The methods you mentioned are grayhat ones. Black SEO is about other things like doorways and link farms on hacked sites, code injection, malware that stuffs the SERP's in your browser etc. Black SEO is about things you'll get a prison time for...

It's not really that bad. They have lots of boards, not just blackhat. And the blackhat that is there is just mostly link building manipulation with a few burn and churn sites. 90% of the board is about any way at all to make money including white hat seo.
