Not a very nice... I've done Customer Support and we would receive far worse comments than that, but you can't tell a member off like that. Never know, a nice, cute reply back and he might forget to cancel for a couple of months, but I'm sure he'll be canceling for sure now. Don't bite the hand that feeds ya....
