it's hourly pay, plus split the commissions inside the site for private shows, and tips. but there is a base hourly that isn't bad.... any nice looking girls in town who read this board, if there are any, or if you know anyone, call 702-435-7676 (that's 702-435-PORN) and ask for Memphis. He is in charge of that.. i'll pay you $100 per real referral, if the girl is pretty and works out. Oh, and they're all just solo shows.

i think it's a cutthroat kinda biz, they raid other webcam sites and recruit girls. many girls who work out of their homes work for several sites simultaneously.

Forget about it.

Sorry to be negative but the only ones doing it now are the Eastern Europeans. We got girls doing it in Czech for $40 a day.

However I did meet a couple of girls in Vegas who had their own site and were coining it. But they were working for themselves.

Vegas is SO over-saturated with those businesses! I have managed not one, but TWO different ones, not including working at several. Total pain in the tookus to deal with all of the girls...you will have to deal with so much drama, I pity you.
