Am I exaggerating about my ccbill stats?

An email thread between me, sponsor and ccbill:

1. After asking my sponsor about ccbill sales going down, I checked my stats and sent this to him:
------------------------------------------
I had 3 income sources w/ ccbill making about $1800- $2000 every 30 days. Now it went down to about $1200 and doesn't seem to improve.

It' not just the last few days.
Check my signup report for ... :
2002-12-12 to 2003-01-12: 64 signups (75,078 clicks)

2003-01-12 to 2003-02-12: 56 signups (71,420 clicks)

2003-02-12 to 2003-03-12: 73 signups (107,159 clicks)

2003-03-12 to 2003-04-12: 55 signups (90,524 clicks)

2003-04-12 to 2003-05-12: 29 signups (73,453 clicks)

As you can see about 55 is the absolute minimum for 30 days. And the last 30 days I had only 29!
And you can see my traffic is pretty steady. Nothing changed in the quality of the traffic (I can see this in other non-ccbill revenues).
The only conclusion I can draw is that I missed about 25 defenite sales the last 30 days.
Thanks

2. My sponsor forwarded this email to ccbill and added the following:
------------------------------------------
hey ive noticed with the switch in the new system may have set back some credit card processing transactions. but i think the system came into effect on the 5th. i just got some data that is pretty consistant on one of my affiliates who did a compile of his sales.

it looks as though some transactions arent fully going through.

i just wanted to make you aware of this just for troubleshooting purposes. so the tech team can look into this as well.

thanks

3. Ccbill answered:
------------------------------------------
Dear Webmaster,

What is the below affiliates account number?

Although a new reporting system was created for our clients that would not have effected any transactions that we process through the credit card system. There could be a possibility that the stats are being reported in error however. Please reply.

Thank you,
Andrew

4. My sponsor replies with my affiliate account number and this is what ccbill responds:
------------------------------------------
Dear Affiliate,

We are going to need more proof that there are discrepancies with our tracking of sales. The numbers provided are not enough for us to investigate further upon.

I shortened the email as ccbil employees forwarded the email back and forth a bit.

I don't get it?:
- What more proof can I give?
- Aren't my stats consistent enough?
- Why does ccbill ask my affiliate account number first & then after getting it, replies with "we can't do nothing"?

Maybe predicting the actual number was too much.

But I know that sponsor and I know the traffic that I sent to it.
I should have gotten more signups. Period.
It's not the only sponsor I use, you know.

12clicks, go ruin someone else's thread.

Maybe you are right, Pipecrew. I've thought about it.
But I don't see anything slowing down with my other sponsors though :/

ahhh, so this thread is only about agreeing with you.

when deciding wether CCbill is wrong or "screwed up" is wrong. its a no brainer.

It's not.
But your sarcastic "jokes" don't contribute to anything.

I heard some people noticed a drop in sales when the system came online. When was that?

When they brought the new system online, we noticed a drop at first also. But now everything is back to normal.

We were not getting the e-mail notification of the sign up, but we were getting paid for them...

If you really want to have someone look at this post the thread with ccbill in the name and corvette wil respond.
