1. The Agreement is hereby terminated effective immediately.

As an IBill customer I am happy to hear that...

If I was a WSB customer, I would be upset...

But the writing was on the wall with WSB, back when the $750 thing rolled out. Those who ran to WSB to save the $750, ignoring the plea's from Epoch and others are probably not the smartest business people...

Thank you for writing. There was a bit of miscommunication between us and
Website Billing. We were not certain if we could take the database of
existing members. We were in the process of checking into it when the email
went out. It does not look like we will be able to take the data. Website
Billing was trying to make sure they had everything in place should we be
able to take it. I will be notifying them that we cannot take existing
rebills. The best way to maintain your customers is to setup a rebill log.
When they are about to get rebilled and try to get access, redirect them to
the new join button and let them know you changed processors. You will save
many subscribers this way.

Please do not hestitate to contact me if you need anything else.

I am so fucking pissed off. Pissed off enough that I called my lawyer on vacation in the freaking Bahamas today and told his ass to get to work.
