I'm looking for an affiliate programm where I can send my german traffic and convert. My german traffic is primarily interested in amateur, mature & fetish niches.
I don't know if they still subtitle the english movies on tv in Germany, but I guess an affiliate programm in their own language still will work the best.

Any suggestions?

I have a good friend in Germany that runs a kick ass affiliate program.. I have only tested it with exit traffic and it converted pretty amazing(for exit traffic) almost doubled my investement..

since 5 years now and got some good german sites with original
german payment options. Also I can help you getting linkcodes
to other real german programms if you don´t like our stuff or
need something we don´t got.

Whereever you want to send your german traffic to, make sure they
offer "Lastschrift" as a payment option as this is about 80% of
all german signups.
