SPAM my ass with DVD services quotes...

Hi, I'm currently working to put a simple DVD project together and I would like to get the following quote from You:


1. MPEG-2 encoding prices. I'm assuming You're charging per minute? Please specify if You do hardware or software based encoding; What machines/software You're using.


2. I want one (1) DVD-R Master (DVD-5), Menu design and Authoring as outlined:

I have 2 commercial director's reels; "General" and "Cars" -
"General" reel = 4 minutes TRT (8 x :30 spots)
"Car" reel = 3 minutes TRT (6 x :30)

All elements are supplied on ONE (1) DigiBeta tape OR one (1) MiniDV. If there's a price difference on the quote as a whole based on the source tape provided to You, let me know.


Menus as follow:

A. "Main Menu" with following 'links' -
"General Reel"
"Car Reel"
"Contact"

B. When clicking on "General Reel" you'll come to a screen that has a "Play
General Reel" link IN ADDITION to 8 thumbnails depicting each spot, if
clicked, will play that ONE specific spot.

C. When clicking on "Car Reel" you'll come to a screen that has a "Play Car
Reel" link IN ADDITION to 6 thumbnails depicting each spot, if clicked, will
play that ONE specific spot.

D. "Contact" page is a simple 'text only' menu.

All menu design should be fairly 'generic' and don't require any motion graphics.

And specify EXACTLY what DVD Authoring software You're using.
