That guy did it. He built it and came here and everyone laughed at him for having softcore stuff and no "real models"... Now he is laughing all the way to the bank.

+1 for NoWhErE's guide/tips. As for a CMS, it is also worth checking out KVS and Mechbunny scripts.

Just sign up to https://modelcentro.com/ with a studio account, and let them take care of it.

No Ref Link - Genuine suggestion to help you get started

          Yes

If you plan on shooting 4k vids then this is a good option.

I use them for all my sites.

They deal with hosting, website, payment, affiliate and so on. All you do if upload your content.

If you plan on doing it yourself them you need a site, dedicated server and all the other stuff.

But do not expect to make a million day one. Years ago you could set up a site and it made cash. Today it is harder. However many quit too early. Often they are put off because they have few sales when they have only uploaded two films and two sets of pics.

Before you do anything, make sure you have a decent brandable domain name as this can make a huge difference in sales. Try to get a .com.

That's not true anyways. A friend came back after a hiatus and rebuilt and is now pulling 500k a yr in profit with a paysite.

As a producer it is still very possible to grow a new paysite using tube traffic. What JT did ten years ago with faketaxi etc (shoot for the tubes, edit tube friendly clips, build a typein brand) is still possible today.

But the key too is to make somthing different.

Faketaxi was different, not just the idea of being shot in a taxi, but using the gopro gave it a sexy feel. It felt it was real footage from an taxi cam.

One problem has been a lot of porn is the same.

If you want to make $$$ then I suggest make something no one has seen.

I see a lot made that to be honest I would not bother with if it is free on a porntube site.

FakeTaxi was just the lastest in Bangbus rip offs. The fact that it was UK based actually worked against it.

There are other sites with fairly generic porn that did the well on the tubes, like PropertySex.

Editing and consistency of uploading is what makes the money, not a clever or unique idea.

For sure. Its still possible, but unlikely.

Also JT used to own Youporn and new how to harnest the power of tubes. That was a huge advantage for him

My advice is generic and assumes OP doesn’t have an ace up his sleeve

True, and that does not apply only to adult, but anything these days. Even the best idea on the world have no use if you are not doing proper marketing.
