How to start a small paysite or similar?

Lol my last visit was in 2016...

I shoot own content and want to start a small paysite, like avs in old good days, what are the options today to sell videos except xvideos or hub? Since I am not an actor, I can't start onlyfans page, but I want to shoot and publish interesting videos, to talk with fans and so on, to build the brand, small community. Are any publishers who are working with small studios, I think I am not the only one for sure

Sorry, but I can't understand how to ask the right questions after a break, thanks a lot in advance for any advice.

You want to start a traditional paysite? I hope you have traffic.

    The basic tools you’ll need:

    - hosting
    - video cdn
    - member’s area cms (prolly elevated X if you’re not tech saavy)
    - NATS for cascade billing, affiliate program and linkcode stats tracking
    - create channels on all the big tubes
    - upload your content on your official channels
    - sell your content on every clip store available (c4s, xvideos red, pornhub premium, etc etc)
    - integrate cams, dating and similar paysites in your MA, ideally with 1-click upgrades
    - setup a mailing solution to remarket to every damn email you collect

That’s the most generic setup. You can go with a simpler setups like with a CCbill only solution, but I highly recommend you get multiple processors in a cascade to increase your chances of sales going through.

I could go on and on for hours on the fine details on each step… but really the one thing you need is traffic. If you don’t have it, that’s the first thing you need to get.

TLDR; the core thing you need before thinking of setting up a paysite is your own traffic. Don’t depend on affiliates to generate sales.

The second most important thing you’ll need is a good processing setup. So much money is left on the table if you only use 1.

The 3rd most important aspect of running a paysite is knowing how to increase the average member value. Upsales, retention, remarketing will be your bread and butter.

Recycling your content on other platforms will help you bring in that extra money you’ll need to cover your shoot expenses

True! Going with an all-in-one solution if you're just starting out is a cheap and efficient way to get up and running.
