In the UK it was legal up to a few years ago for a 16 year old girl to be photographed topless, and I think the Sun may have published such pics on page 3.

It was a very different time back then.

When I was a kid.... Society didn't give a crap about underage drinking or driving while intoxicated. They just looked the other way. No one cared.

In the 1970s... NO one cared so long as no one got hurt.

How many of you have naked childhood photos in your family albums?

One of the first girly mags in the adult business was a magazine dedicated to the naturalist/nudist lifestyle... this was before you could ship porn through the mail.

But since it was a lifestyle brand - to use todays lingo - it was okay. In the magazine would be photos of woman riding bikes. playing volleyball naked, camping naked and their husbands and children would be in the background.

If I were to tell you that during the same time period, 1969 / 1979 one of the leading pornographic companies of the time, were OPENLY & LEGALLY making and distributing straight up child pornography - Unless you are in the know, & know some of the real history of porn, it sounds utterly unbelievable.
