Content Creating AI content of people - women for Onlyfans

I've seen many AI models all around Tiktok and IG and I'm curious if anyone can explain to me how people create them and what software they use?

How do you deal with proof of age for someone who does not exist?

Just include that you need 2257 docs in each AI request and stable diffusion should print them out.

Serious question --- Has anyone seen fake IDs created from AI image generators?

It is easy you can generate a fake id card for this AI generated person

If the person doesn't exist in the first place, why do you need proof of age?

                  Serious question.

If I drew an animated cartoon of a woman stripping off, I wouldn't need to prove her age - Its a cartoon. Likewise if I hired a fantastic artist to draw a photo realistic cartoon of a woman stripping off, it would be the same...

So if a computer draws a realistic image of a woman stripping off, what's the difference?

Its still not a living breathing sentient real person - Its just an animated drawing...

                  Like I said, serious question.

Platforms require ID to set up the account. So if you are going to create a fake model then you need to create a the fake model's fake ID

OK, so say I was a cartoonist, that was really good at drawing 'superhero' style cartoon art - I join OnlyFans as a creator, and sell my drawings (or access to my art) using the onlyfans system - The same way that OF say they want 'Non Porn' people to be members.

OK, so as part of the signup / account creation etc, I give onlyfans my ID, along with my address and bank info etc - No problem there, and off I go, selling my art.

So can I not do the same with AI images then? I mean, the person in the image no more exists IRL, than the superheros I drew?

Is it really any different? If its not real, its not real - A drawing is surely a drawing, whether its done by hand using a pencil, or a computer using AI.

Inanimate object IS inanimate object, no?

Not being argumentative btw - Just genuinely interested as to where the problem is?

I know onlyfans know that its AI generated by you - the 'artist' - But you are no more selling a false fantasy to the fans, than any living breathing real life pornstar is, when she uses chatters to interact with her fans, or sells the illusion that she actually has an interest in you...

logically, doesn´t matter about 2257, as the model cannot sign, what does matter is who´s creation it is, however, the copyright does. & most of all, to view the content, should be 18 plus, if showing nudity or anything of sex nature, as the content is or was created with sexual intent. Thus over 18.

Ask OFs... they may not care or they may. Its their platform and make the rules.

Obviously, a cartoon isnt being sold as real while the money on OFs for AI - is convincing the subs that your AI model is real.

If a reasonable observer can't tell the difference between what the AI-assisted artist created and a real live human, how does anyone deal with the proof of age question?

A platform can say they don't need proof of age for a drawing, but then what happens when the drawing looks like a person to an auditing authority?

Alternatively, how does society handle it when some creep claims their questionable content is AI-generated, but it is actually of a human?

I would think a platform would require the ID of the creator of the AI images/video, not "the model" who doesn't exist. This way the creator/producer would ultimately be the one responsible.

The real disturbing future of AI-generated porn is the potential for underage-looking AI-generated "models" fulfilling all the pedo fantasies. That is what I would worry about.
