It can convert a little bit on cams if is very targeted.
I have little conversions on Stripcash.

If traffic is generic / untargeted - it is better to block it on Cloudflare to prevent unnecessary server load.

Well, it it useful to have your server settings tested lol. It cost only 10 cents per 1000 pop hits. And also to get rotator clicks if you still use that.

Ignoring the fact that transaction fees make this impossible... You'll get 280,000 americans to send you $50 faster and easier than getting 1.4 billion indians to give you a penny.

If you post a vid on YouTube and you are set up for payments, in reality you get a tiny amount per person who views.

It is a modern way to earn money by micro payments.

6 years ago I split test every offer I could find on a ton of indian RON pop and banner traffic, the best performers were indian ex gf paysites with credit card billing. The ratios were atrocious though, and again we're talking fraction of penny epc. Wouldn't have been sustainable buying it.

If you could somehow convince a biller (and thus a bank?) to either wave their transaction fees or give you an "Indian discount" of say 0.5 percent or lower, then I would say yes it's possible to make bank (pardon the pun) with Indian traffic.

But you would need to offer 'Indian discounts" and special India-based pricing in order to succeed. This is what Disney did with Disney+, their streaming service (which had the added benefit of inflating their Membership numbers). Disney offered their service to Indians for pennies on the dollar. But after they lost English Cricket (of all things) their Indian Members fled. So it's a tricky balance and, ultimately, not worth it.

Seriously, Indian traffic is useless. Even dealing with them in the real world is a nightmare. When I ran an escort service the Indians would ask for discounts and pull shit like being short on the money when you dropped the girl off.

My advice is block the entire nation from your site. Or, redirect the at someone you hate.
