I know lensman has repeatedly said that they are fine... but i'm starting to wonder....

I remember how all the trouble started with WSB... trouble with banks and such.... and now ibill is having trouble is their eu banks.....

My first instinct is to say that paying everyone out of their own pocket was an amazing thing for Adult.com to do. I've thought about it though, and while it is great, it *shouldn't* be so amazing. Because it is what anyone else should do in the same situation.

Cant comment on how much of this is true or not true, but it makes you think about the entire Internet Billing situation.

We have a policy that the moment a CC processor freezes or does not pay us we stop sending them business. I know it is difficult with recurring, but you then have to move those guys over to somewhere more trust worthy.

What a lot of these CC processors cannot get into their skulls is it is our money. Just seen a contract from another CC processor. It basically says that if we put down any information that they deem to be false, we are guilty of fraud. They can then keep all the money they have of ours.

So why do they not return it to the buyer? It?s just a legal way of stealing.

Lensman did the right thing. He chose to go and stay with WSB, he is responsible to his affiliates. He just stood by his word.

That's no different than telling the bank that you can't pay your mortgage because your job didn't cut you a check. The bank doesn?t care and neither should you. Lensman, did you already charge 200k, or is that recurrings that you expect to recieve?

Shouldn't you be able to get the recurring database, and charge the clietns on another processor, or even your own merchant account. I know thats problematic these days, but if they transfer dirrectly to another ipsp without you getting ahold of cc's there should not be anything illegal.

I am sure if your legal team pushes hard enough, it would be possible.

If they already been billed, then this money will be in WSB's accounts, and you can legally get it as well.

So what is the actual situation?
