                  I'm just curious how do these songs get out before they're released? WHere do they come from?

                  Someone at the record company leaks them? Some pissed off engineer?

                              pretty much every major label release gets onto the net a month or so before it comes to stores, not sure how but it could be one of a few things, engineers putting it online, or promo copies getting to the wrong ppl.

                                                  I think I am going to have to buy the CD anyway...this is RADICALLY heavier than anything they have ever done. I am not even sure this is 100% Metallica - it is BADASS though

Moreover, it appears a collection of different amateur-level bands. They have released parts of St. Anger, so we know what at least one song sounds like.

Its not unusual at all. its getting close to launch time of the actual release so I suspect it will be out any day.
