Yes. That's a perfect airbnb or vrbo.

Price is way high though. Another similar unit in that same building with more square footage just sold for $64,838 2 months ago. You can talk them way down if you care to. There's a reason its been listed for over a year with damn near monthly price drops.

Check with the HOA to determine if short term renting is allowed. Often smart agents will publish a listing on MLS with very high asking price, in order for their other listings and asking prices to appear more attractive. Then there is the occasional seller who is not in a hurry to sell, and is asking above market. Either way, good luck!

Its likely the view from the condo looking toward the hotel in the background. And having been there before, I suspect it is the backside of the Brian Head Lodge (Best Western) which is quite nice on the inside.
