    Damn Status Bar!!!

    For months now, my status bar always seems to disapere!!!

    When i eventually notice it i have to go to "view>status bar" and it shows up again.


    Why the fuck does it keep getting shut off?!?

                                  I'm glad with my Windows and IE, well excet toolbar problem, so i'm not planning on switching

                                      I swear, nobody uses Google anymore:

                                      remember that, in a sense, ie and windows explorer are the same???

                                      open windows explorer, not ie!

                                      okay, hit view and make sure that status bar is ticked, so that it appears...

                                      now to into tools, folder options, view.

                                      click the button that says "apply to all folders."

                                      i think that this fixes your problem....

                                          It just happened to me the other day and I was fucking pissed!

                                          I went tweaking the registry and got somewhere, but now when I mouseover it says "shortcut to" whatever. That sucks balls also. I want to see REAL URL's on the mouseover.

                                          Fuck you Gates. I just did another Red Hat 9 install tonight and it does indeed kick ass.
