How much can I sell this Porn Site for?

Hello! I own a porn website, domain is new, 7-8 months old. Tier 1 Traffic mostly from USA. Got 3.7 M page views last 30 days. Ahrefs DA 19. I did not do any link building except a porndude link and a couple PBN links. Other links are natural.
With proper backlinks, this website can do a lot better.

These are the stats:

Google Analytics:

Cloudflare:

Semrush:

Ahrefs DA:

I am monetizing this website with Pop ups, push notifications, and banners.
PopAds and Exoclick are the main Networks. PopAds CPM is 1$ and ExoClick CPM is really low, I am pretty sure this website can get better rates, I focused on increasing the keywords that it ranks, rather than Ads.

Making around 2K$ Monthly Profit right now. I am sure this can be improved, I couldn't figure out how to get good ad networks to work with, and how to monetize my traffic properly. Getting a lot of mails from all networks, tried a few, but ignored most of them.

Maintaining costs are low, 125$ a month to be exact. 100 for Video Streaming Server, 25$ for Hosting.
All videos are self Hosted.

I have a method to walk around DMCA, it is still an issue but not as big as before. I will also explain my method, when I am selling the website.

Website has a subreddit I will also give it too. It has 30K Users. A lot of links from this subreddit to my website.

My initial idea was to keep doing what I am doing right now, and to reach 100K daily Users (Not Page views, page views are already at 100-140K daily). And after I reach daily 100K Users, to sell the website. But I was curious how much it would be worth right now.

So any help from experienced people would be amazing.

Your website seems going successful even if visitors numbers decreased in the last two months, I advice you not to sell it if it makes 2000$ monthly as you said, just keep working on it maybe one day it will become more popular and get millions of visitors monthly then your income will also boost.

Well I appreciate the refreshing honesty you showed.

Industry people seldom purchase or respect individuals with stolen content and anyone buying it would immediately have a target on their back. If I could humbly suggest taking your profits and actually purchase content with proper ID's / 2257s then you would have original content and traffic - sales would continue and the value and integrity of the site would increase. Rather than sell it for 100$ - once the site ranking etc. increases so would your investment. It would be more honest and respectful way of networking within the industry.

Other than that - you'd have better luck selling it outside the industry but you're handing over a hornets nest.

your site has about 800 ripped videos, mostly OF girls. Be happy that most of them are too dumb to properly DMCA, if they would be clever they would DMCA exoclick. what's a site worth whose ad revenue can go to zero anytime?

I am going to presume the site has a lot of traffic but makes not much money.

I presume it is a tube site, the fact you say you have issues with DMCA makes me not want anything to do with the site, as it sounds like you have not got rights to the content.

The fact you want to sell the site also makes me think it is a problem.

So to me its worth sod all.

If it is great, then why sell, keep it and live off it.

In Birmingham (UK) they are just stripping parts like crazy.

That is how a lot are making cash illegally, they strip cars for parts and take the cat from them.

And do not forget to take the fuel out of it too.

While your joking, you would be amazed how many people leave keys in the car.

My friend when she lived in her old place would pull up to the garage (as in where you leave your car at night, not the type you get fuel from ) with the motor running, get out, then open the garage, then drive in. Anyone could have driven off, and where she lived was not nice.

You may as well keep it.

I would not have all the pop ups, as this is not 2004, and people will just close them, and not return to your site.

It is unlikly those pop ups will make you much money.

You are best just to use the banner ads, and not scare people away.

Put it this way, if your site is the one listed above, I suspect people will not return to your site, and all those millions of hits are wasted. If you remove the popups, you will probably find more people return and spend time on your site.

Thanks, for your thoughts. Pop-Ups are almost half of site earnings. But you are right. Site is bloated with ads. I will do some checks and remove most of the ads.

You mentioned Reddit. Do you get a lot from your subreddit of 30k members?

If you can make $2k/month, why not just buy content and make 5 of these sites? $2k/month with pop-ups is unreal.

Almost all of the traffic is from Google.

I use Reddit to index new content fast, and to get social traffic to them, and Reddit backlinks, with the hopes to rank them better. Subreddit itself doesn't make money. Just extra traffic and social signals.

I don't think it is unreal. VAST + Pop-Ups + Banners, with 3 million monthly page views.
I am planning on doing business outside of Adult industry. It took me 6 months of daily work for this website, I think I can make more money with other businesses. And I am sick of porn.

Hire someone to be the front and take care of the site, and forget it while you run a legit business.

I would buy it for about 48K. IF the DMCA wasn't going to become an issue where they actually SUE me instead of send those to Google. There is a BIG difference.

If those were an issue to even consider... price drops to $20K and I'll figure it out.
