    What are you on?

    Any stimulants / nootropics enthusiasts here? Or do you call yourselves biohackers these days? I bet quite a few of us here have adhd…

    I’ve been taking modafinil for a few years, and it’s great. Had to find an alternative for a couple of weeks so switched to vyvanse - it works. It’s amphetamine based though which is less than ideal for someone with addictive personality.

    What’s your stack? :D

But mold can definitely be an issue growing these. I haven't gotten to that point, mostly because of the need for a spotless and sterile environment. They're so cheap and readily available, I haven't felt the need to dive down that rabbit hole just yet.

                                                                                                                                                  I eat about .25 to .5 of a gram each day. Microdosing is good for a number of things. It falls in line with the nootropics mentioned in the OP.
