There are like 3 or 4 of the top companies in the industry with Mechbunny being one of them. You need to respect your elders/veterans of the industry a bit more. Now how you do that in this situation is simple -
if there is ever a problem and you must for some reason in the future have to do this again merely say, "is there someone from Mechbunny who can please contact me as the form on your site doesn't seem to be working for me as I went to purchase the toplist script Friday and I haven't received a reply".
That would show class - respect to everyone not just for Mechbunny but for yourself. No need to call anyone namesComment

I've actually been here longer than cl0wnrad but not quite as long as yourself Paul Markham. Anyway, I was only planning on buying a license for this since some websites I purchased from someone else (for $48,000) uses the mechbunny toplist script. I didn't want to send a contact form request at first (instead of just quickly purchasing and adding new license information). And having to wait for a return email and who knows what else. The script isn't great and I'll probably go with an alternative instead.

@Delightful OP, not sure what time zone you're in but for the sake of argument let's say you're EST. Mechbunny/Konrad is in Poland, that is 6 hours ahead. so even if you sent a contact message on Thursday at 11am it would be 5pm over there
then Friday...and then this thing called the weekend. worst case scenario if you contacted Mech at 12:01 am on Thursday it would be less than two business days of waiting
have I contacted a biz with whom I had I pre-existing contract/relationship for assistance on a weekend? absolutely. maybe 3 times in over a decade. would I have done so if not a time-sensitive, serious issue? hell no. would I expect someone to ever contact me over the weekend for a tentative desire to purchase something? hell to the motherfucking no

Yes it is funny how every his post is full of anger. However, at the same time usually what he post is justified. In marketing/sales , one of key things to have good sales ratio is to have smallest possible "clickflow", meaning amount of clicks which is required for potential customer to gain access to product. Especially as a lot of people are impulse buyers, and they can change their mind pretty quick.Comment

yea SaaS products make it easier. it gets tricky in adult because software has to be installed in allocated space. i have a script to install PornCMS but i run it manually and verify every client. i want to know that they're not a hacker trying to get script access. i had a Chinese hacker try to buy the cms last month. cancel and refund before install.
an old legacy top list script is probably not getting distributed automatically.
