LOL I love ya man for finding stuff like this. Well my humble opinion is that the Unicorn's likely weren't using auto-tune as much the Peas and could do a more popular half time show at the super bowl

I mean they're being a bit sensitive when you have Weird Al doing rip off's (though he gets permission) - the Peas need to have just shut up and no one would have noticed or cared much less the audience would have been a few maybe the 3k followers?

NOTE: Fergie looks surprisingly beautiful in that picture - normally not my type nor interests me but damn - she's working it.

Anyways love the song - Black Eyed Peas need to chill and drop the friggin suit or get a friggin sense of humor.

Did they sue South Park when Butters sang Boom Boom Pow By The Black Eyed Peas? or when Bernie Mac did "Fart By The Black eyed Peas" or when SNL' mocked Janelle Monae and the Black Eyed Peas back in 2016?

Yes but the problem here how they used song for profit, not just for parody.
