Being in Canada we've always enjoyed a good relationship with Cuba. On vacation Canadians are well received and rarely does crime happen to them since no one wants that to get back to the news outlets.
That being said - I can't speak for everyone in Canada but I couldn't care less whether you're Cuban American or something else. Only in business is there one culture that I steer clear of and they are not in North AmericaComment
