PRO - TIP: Regardless of the amount that the 'Going Rate' actually is...
Pay them LESS than 'the going rate', then give them a little extra (ie make it up to the going rate) for a 'Job Well Done'...
That way they are still getting the money, but look at you as a generous boss who appreciates his workers - As opposed to a rich white guy who is trying to rip them off...

I'm pretty sure there is software easily available that can do the same thing for next to nothing.
eg start with https://info.xvideos.com/db and get full database of 7 million - use the URL's and a piece of software similar to if not ITubeGo you enter all the URL's and it will automatically download every video into whatever format you want.Comment
