    Paxum WIRE Delays.. Again...

    So, WIRE delays are happening again. Requested on 29th. Haven't seen the money in my account yet.

    Support answer confuses to another level..

    =========
    Kindly note that the transfer is currently pending validation from our payment processor.

    Please be advised that for this type of transfer, it can take up to 5 business days (weekend days not included) for the funds to be reflected in your bank account, after it was validated by our payment processor.

    We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
    ==========

    Isn't WIRE processed in 5 business days? Now, since the validation is still pending, after it's done, I have to wait another 5 business days?

    @RuthB and @Chris, I emailed you but no replies yet. Can you update pls?

    Youll get your wire eventually. I don't think if there are any delays it's Paxum's fault.
    Im using ETF transfers and they sometimes arrive few minutes later.

        It didn't show up at my bank yet. I confirmed. I think something else is the reason for delay.

                Yep looks like everything is delayed again, other processors had problems with USD very recently wouldn't be surprised if Paxum had some too, I have a bad feeling about it this time worse than last time for some reason. Hopefully we get some clarification soon.

                  Again … noh! I was about to make EUR withdrawal after they told me USD is no longer supported.

                  Please do update when you get your money.

                    Many reasons wires can be delayed but EFTs delayed again is usually an indication of a more serious problem, can Ruth or someone from Paxum let us know if it is just a backlog, more banking problems and if/when it is expected to be resolved?

                      I usually get my EFT same day but this time it took 3.

                        you better make sure your bank is ok with the bank in rotation. you get what im saying? ex your bank is wells fargo and sending bank is belize empire bank... then paxum changes the sending bank to china republic bank... they won't take the payment. so paxum has to rotate your funds to anther bank... just a guess...

                              We are talking about USD ..not EUR.

                              In Thailand Paxum USD EFT is usually instantaneous... it has been over 3 days still nothing
