I am familiar with first 3 but what are these?

Copyright Assignment (is it same as registering it in copyright office or its something different? )
Quitclaim (what is its different with licensing agreement? arent both a contract for transferring the rights? )
Work for Hire ( does this mean transferring the right to employer? )

Are all these 6 things required for proofing ownership?
Or some of them can be ignored or interchangeable

Put your site logo on the content.

That tends to be the best way.

That is if you shot it.

Also take a pic with you stood next to the model.

I sway this as someone tried to claim they shot the film I shot, and considering I shot myself, I found the claim a bit silly.

Including copyright info in the master video file's metadata + timestamp (all hashed together), might also help a bit as a bare minimum.

Although not exactly bullet proof when you upload it onto other services, as metadata will likely get stripped out, but at least you have the original file and matching hash as proof.

They are different written agreements that can be used to show ownership. And yes they can be interchangeable. The more you have the more likely you own the content.

Your larger issues questions would require a lengthy response. Copyright ownership, transfer and how to legally prove it would be a 1-2 hour conversation/consult.

And I forgot one - Copyright Registration, but almost no one in adult registers their content with the US Copyright Office.
