What’s best video camera and lighting to shoot POV?

I know what equipment I have but I wanted other peoples opinions because I’m sure there’s better options.

unless you´re filming POV footage of other guys, then a camera, maybe a phone, set to 4k and use a ring light behind it and make sure you stay above the guy fucking

About the camera:
I recommend an interchangeable lens camera. Depending on your budget, one with an APSC or Full Frame sensor. I consider Sony to be the best option.

About the lens:
The best lens for recording POV is a wide angle lens. A 12mm lens would be great. If the lens has a maximum aperture of f/1.2 f/1.4 f/1.8 it will allow you to record in low light situations obtaining a focus focused on the pornstar and you will gain a lot in quality.
On the other hand, it is important that the optics have fast autofocus. While they're fucking there's a lot of movement and you can't keep an eye on the spotlight.

About lights:
Everything will depend on the roll you want to give it. Maybe a simple direct focus like Blacked Raw? What was said before about the diaphragm opening of the lens will help you a lot. With light you can be creative and use whatever is within your reach, it will depend on the position and intensity of the lights. The basic and essential trick is to direct the light to the pornstar and lower the light level in irrelevant areas. The backlights are cool too!

This is a small summary. There is much more technicality and the world of light and the camera is gigantic. I hope it helps. Taking youtube tutorials as a reference can help you make your technical decisions.

I consider myself one of the best POV guys ever . Made a great living with a belly and an average size dick. The keys is a light camera that wont make your arm to heavy and move all over the place, kenos are nice lights, one on each side and one over your head. In the end its all about the model. Its not about you. Dont try over shoot it , keep good angles and hold it. different guys like to jerk off to different parts.

There is no specific kit for pov. Just get a ring light and some good stands to support a big softbox or 2

I've got both GoPro Hero 10 and 11 and I think the 360 camera would make things more interesting. Those would be the secondary option.

That's all well and good - but the best POV isn't as much lighting or camera but rather the actress doing it. An example would be Xev Bellringer and others like her who seem to draw you into the storyline mentally and she's believable. So a great POV to me can be shot even using an IPhone and basic lighting - it's the actor doing it that makes it a must watch again vs. ok - next.....
