Drove for 4.5 hours to get there, Stayed in a Hotel. Did a ton of research and knew exactly what to expect.

Made the one officer my Bitch, had him admitting to fucking up like crazy and that things he was saying werent true, Yet I still lost.

Because I Ordered a manual from the Radar Gun Manufacturer and took some information off there website to calculate some variables, The SAME manufacturer they order the guns from.

They said, since its the INTERNET, any idiot could of put that information on there, I told them it was the manufacturer and the exact info was in the manual, yet they tore me apart

So to end my day, I got stuck with my ticket and 4 points

For instance, they hide on top of an underpass and his range was set at 375 Feet, and he admitted to having a tracking history of me for 4 seconds (the time they test to make sure its your car, looking for slight variations in speed)

So I was like, you are aware, when a car is travelling at 139km/hour that is 126 FEET per Second, how could you tag my car for 4 seconds, I would of been longer under the bridge and gone.

You realize you would have to run your gun across the overpass correct? YES

You realize that causes what is reffered to as the Scanning Effect and the results are inadmissiable? YES

Do you now agree you couldnt of tracked me for 4 seconds? YES

You know those companies are a joke right? All they do is Plea for you, you can do that yourself and have your shit reduced, they just charge you 400 bucks to do it, Hence why they say, "You dont pay inless we Win" well they consider that winning, Courts always plea to save court time.

I know a guy that got off of a careless by using one of those 'ex-cop turned lawyer' deals. I forget which one. Anyway, now he has an impaired charge to fight and he is using them again. It will be interesting to see what they can do for him this time.

The last lawyer I used charged me over $500 (Cdn) just to review the case and tell me to plead guilty. They did have the breathalyzer logs analyzed though. That's about it.
