As mentioned that is a big red flag that can cover many things from not paying employee's enough - having everyone on commissions - difficult management or company not solid enough to keep people's jobs safe among other things.
Interesting that we have two kinds of answers - do it - don't or uncertain. Basically shows that not everyone is having a good experience with them.
Also if you're a small affiliate - how long is it going to take to collect enough for $500 via PayPal or $1,000 via Wire? I can't imaging the fee's to do that are that extreme that they have to raise the bar so high compared to others out there.
