What are your preferred payment methods for paying EU affiliates from the US? Taking into account ease of use, costs (both sending and receiving, currency conversion, etc.), reliability (have there been delay or non-payment issues?) and support (are they there when you contact them?) as main factors. Don't want PayPal as they aren't adult friendly and I don't want the receiving parties money being held up.

I'm in EU and US based affiliate programs pay me by Paxum.
Some programs offer Paypal payments too but I always prefer Paxum.
Check isn't an option for me, wire is quite expensive.

Checks aren't accepted by any of the banks I use in Norway anymore, so I hope sponsors add alternatives to that
