Is anyone having issues with paxum this august (after they updated their UI, not sure if that has to do something with it)?
I have two.
1: One of my transactions has simply disappeared and they have been feeding me with some "we are waiting for confirmation" for three weeks now.
2: Two of my EUR EFT transactions have been charged some hefty fee (around 10% of the original amount) despite being performed in EUR to a bank that does not charge for incoming EUR payments.
After contacting the beneficiary bank it turned out that the charge came from an intermediate bank. When I contacted paxum support they came back with "We cannot control the route of the payment" which sounds like bs and something very unprofessional for a financial institution to say.
This had never happened before and it looks like they clearly changed something on their end.
Am I the only one experiencing issues lately or is somebody else suffering as well?
