The reviews for the DJI Mini 3 Pro look good.

However, I bet many who buy a drone use them a few times, then no more.

That drone doesn't have the capability that you are seeking.
It will be ineffective at spying on and taking out Rochard.

go for a previous gen like the mini2 or mavic 2 zoom , saves you 500$-1000$ and the cam and flying experience and distance/reach is nearly the same . if u use drones extensive as a beginner, youll crash ,loose them once in a while . i believe for fotography zoom pro is a good model, optical zoom with decent quality allows you to stay in distance ,this also can extend the lifespan of your drone .digital zoom on mini3 is not soo great

I have a DJI gimbal I like, so I feel positive on the brand.
